This program was created to help encourage kids and give them the confidence they need for any situation in life. This program is good for kids any age ranging typically from 5-17. Sign up now! The problem with a lot of our youth today is their ability to have confidence in themselves. Most kids these days are oblivious to the true potential that they possess. Because of this, they look and turn to other areas of life to identify with. Most of the times this is in a negative way, especially in our corrupt world today. This is why they need our MMA anti-bullying program. We will inspire your kids to do things they never thought they would ever accomplish in life. Our program will push them to do a lot of new activities that they will appreciate. At the end of the day, we will be able to make your kids feel good about themselves and give them something amazing to smile about. The accomplishment of going through our MMA anti-bullying program will change the way they think and feel for years to come.
Strength & Conditioning
Our strength and conditioning will introduce the students to our patented Anvil training program. This program is designed for middle school blues and will introduce low impact workouts. This is for kids looking to grow and not injure themselves. They will be able to build a strong core and develop a good athletic base. We will be doing various weight training with kettle bells, dumbbells, and body functions. We guarantee an increase in speed and agility by using battle ropes, sled, tires, and various compound body exercises., This is the core of the program and will be a fun, light, good workout.
Our striking lessons will encompass various areas of the arts. We will start out with fundamental boxing and work into kickboxing with a muay thai aspect. Both classes will have a cardio component incorporated and will teach how to properly wrap your hands. Here there will be a lot of bag work that will focus on the correct form and movement of the body. This will teach the proper footwork to getting power behind each punch or kick. With this we will help the kids develop with one-on-one pad work by David Graf, one of the most respected and talented coaches in the area.
Grappling is a close combat, fighting technique used to gain a physical advantage over another person. The first thing we will teach in this class is that of respect for your opponent. We provide a mixture of Brazilian Ju-Jitsu (BJJ), Judo, free style wrestling, Aikido, and Hybrid Jitsu. This class will teach proper fundamentals and higher-level techniques, all while having fun. We will start with a warm up to learn the different movements in grappling. With this we will move into stand-up movements where we will work on different take downs. We will finish this off with a strong focus on ground work.
