What They Say About Us
“Goals and dreams don’t get done by sitting around, go get them.”
“Fighting in general is an individual sport, but everyone’s willing to help and teach each other. Even though they’re wrestling and punching each other in the face no one is ever trying to hurt each other.”
“The gym feels more authentic because you actually learn how to fight.
It’s more technical than a typical gym.”
“I wanted to learn how to actually fight someone. I initially checked out two other gyms, but the classes seemed watered down and not real.”
“I love the intensity of the classes. I get really tired, but it feels good to make it through the workout and feel less stressed. I love it man.”
